I hate myself.

How can I not?

The break almost ends. And I did nothing worthwhile.

I do not hate Allah’s creation.

I love my body, mind, etc.

But He gives me choices.

And I always choose the wrong one.

Ugh, I hate myself.

Self-esteem, self-efficacy, blah blah blah.
